Stand-in dish photographs

These are NOT BOSS's own photography. They are placeholders for menu items
the venue has not photographed yet, so the strip shows an appetising dish
rather than an empty circle. Replace them with the venue's own shots and
delete this folder.

Five of the six are now from Unsplash and one is CC0. Neither licence
requires attribution, so nothing here is a legal obligation any more — it is
kept as an honest record of what is borrowed and where it came from, which is
what lets a reader tell BOSS's own work from a stand-in.

Each file is 1600x1600. Square on purpose: the strip takes a centre square and
renders it as a circle, so a square source means the framing that was chosen is
exactly the framing that ships. Five are plain centre crops of the source; the
kulfi is cropped tighter and graded, which is described under its own heading.

## kulfi

The weakest of the six, and the one most worth replacing with a real shot.
Kulfi is barely covered on Unsplash, and the alternatives there were jalebi
and gulab jamun, which are different desserts - showing one of those under
the name Kulfi would misdescribe the menu. Everything on Wikimedia Commons
under Category:Kulfi is an amateur snapshot. This is the best honest option:
actually kulfi, plated, with pistachio and saffron.

Unlike the other five this one is not a plain centre crop. The source is
overexposed and sits on a busy green tablecloth that dominated the circle, so
it is cropped tighter (a 1240px square at 788,394 of the 2816x2112 original,
which is the plate only) and given a mild contrast and saturation lift so the
pistachio and saffron read at circle size. CC0 permits the change.
