Terms & Conditions
The house rules, in plain words.
Last updated 31 August 2026
These terms are between you and BROTZEIT95 (GSTIN 08ABFFB3127P1Z7), which trades as BOSS Hyper Lounge at Floor No 10th, Laxmi Mandir, The Grand Walk, Tiraha, Tonk Rd, Guatam Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302015. "We", "us" and "our" below mean that entity. They cover two things: using this website, and being our guest at the venue. Reading the site or booking a table means you accept them.
They are written to be read. Nothing here is hidden in a clause, and nothing here takes away a right Indian consumer law gives you.
What is on this site, and what it promises
Every photograph on this site is of this venue and its kitchen, except where a dish photograph is a stand-in, and each of those is credited in full at /image-credits.txt.
Menus, dishes, drinks, prices, events and line-ups all change. What you see here describes the venue as it generally is, not a guarantee of what is available on a particular night. A dish may be off, an artist may change, a room may be held for a private event. Where a night matters to you, call and we will tell you what is actually on.
Reserving a table
Reservations are taken by phone and on WhatsApp, and we recommend one on a weekend or an event night. A request is not a reservation: it becomes one when we confirm it back to you.
A confirmed table is held for a short grace period after the booked time, and we will tell you what that is when we confirm. After it, on a full night, the table goes back to the floor. Arriving substantially larger than the party you booked for may mean we cannot seat all of you together.
Walk-ins are welcome, and are seated on availability. We do not charge a fee to reserve a table.
Right of admission
Admission is at the management's discretion, and management reserves the right to refuse it. That is not a licence to discriminate: we will not refuse anyone on the ground of religion, caste, sex, place of birth, disability or any other protected ground, and being turned away for one of those reasons is not something this clause permits.
What it does cover is conduct. We may refuse entry to, or ask a guest to leave, where they are intoxicated to the point of being a risk to themselves or to others, where they harass or threaten a guest or a member of staff, where they damage the premises, or where they bring in anything prohibited by law or by the venue's licence.
Alcohol
Alcohol is served under licence, and only to guests of legal drinking age under the excise law of Rajasthan. We may ask any guest for valid photo identification, and we may decline to serve, or to keep serving, anyone - including a guest who has had enough, and a guest who is buying for someone underage.
Bringing your own alcohol into the venue is not permitted. If you have been drinking, do not drive: ask the floor team and they will help you get a cab.
Food, allergies and dietary needs
Tell us about an allergy or an intolerance before you order rather than after, and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do that evening.
This is one kitchen and one bar. Nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, shellfish and fish are all handled in it, on shared equipment and shared surfaces. We take care with a stated allergy, and we cannot promise a dish is free of traces of something prepared alongside it. Where an allergy is severe, that is worth knowing before you decide to eat with us.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations are marked on the menu.
Prices, taxes and the bill
All prices are in Indian Rupees, and are the prices on the menu on the day. Government taxes and levies are added as applicable and shown on the bill.
Any service charge, if it appears on your bill at all, is entirely discretionary. It is not compulsory, nothing turns on whether you pay it, and it comes off on request - just ask, and no one will make it awkward. A tip is yours to give or not.
Check the bill before you settle it. Anything on it that should not be, tell us there and then and we will fix it while you are still with us.
Private events and large groups
Birthdays, private parties and group celebrations are arranged case by case, and each one is set out in a written confirmation from us covering the date, the space, the hours, what is included, the minimum spend or package if there is one, any advance, and the cancellation terms that apply to it.
That written confirmation governs your event. Where it differs from this page, it wins. Nothing about an event binds either of us until it is in that confirmation - not a held date, not a quoted rate, not a verbal yes.
Decorations, cakes, external vendors, sound requirements and anything else brought onto the premises need our agreement in advance, and must meet the building's rules and the venue's licence.
Music, events and line-ups
The evening at BOSS is built to change: calm and refined early, considerably louder later. That is the point of the place rather than a fault with it, and a table on an event night is a table on a loud night.
Artists, DJs, timings and formats can change, and occasionally have to at short notice. Where we can tell you in advance, we will. A change of artist is not on its own a reason we can refund a table reservation, which cost nothing to make.
Filming, and your own camera
We photograph and film at the venue for our own use, so being here means you may end up in a frame. Say so on the night and we will keep you out of one, or take down one you are already in.
Photographs and video for your own memories are welcome. Anything commercial - a shoot, a press crew, a paid creator, a drone - needs our written permission first. Do not film staff or other guests who have asked you not to.
Your belongings, and getting here
Look after your own things. Bags, phones, keys and coats stay your responsibility while you are with us, and we do not run a cloakroom that takes custody of them. Anything left behind is held as lost property for a short period, so call the same number and ask.
The venue is on the 10th floor of The Grand Walk. Parking, lifts and building access are the building's rather than ours, and the terms of whoever operates them apply. Nothing here limits our own liability for our own negligence, which the law does not permit us to limit and we do not try to.
The brand, and the site
The BOSS name, the wordmark, the logo, and the photographs, text and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and none of it may be copied, reused or adapted for commercial purposes without our written consent. The credited stand-in photographs at /image-credits.txt carry their own licences, and those licences, not this clause, govern them.
Use the site normally. Do not try to break it, scrape it into a competing product, or pass its content off as someone else's.
Where these terms end
The site is offered as it is. We keep it accurate; we cannot promise it is available every second, or free of every error, and we are not answerable for the content or the practices of a service it links out to - WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook each answer for themselves.
Where the law permits us to limit liability, our liability for anything arising out of this website or a reservation is limited to the amount you actually paid us in connection with it. Where the law does not permit that - death or injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and anything else Indian law puts beyond a contract's reach - the limit does not apply, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are untouched.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over anything arising from them.
The contracting party is BROTZEIT95, GSTIN 08ABFFB3127P1Z7, registered in Rajasthan. If a court finds one clause here unenforceable, the rest stands.
Changes to these terms
This is the version of 31 August 2026. We may revise it, and a revised version takes effect when it appears on this page with a new date. The terms that govern a confirmed booking or event are the ones in force when we confirmed it.
